Lilac strappy taffeta petticoat underdress 1920s Medium

Strappy petticoat with slim darts to provide a bit of shaping, and side metal zipper. Wide straps, and box pleats at hips to facilitate movement.

This petticoat was originally tubular and updated during the '30s or '40s, through the addition of a side zipper.

Can be worn as a petticoat, underdress or simple dress. A rare example of a petticoat from this era.
