Blue abstract print day dress 1940s 16

Style - Late 1940s dress with abstract blue pattern.  Short sleeves, buttons down front, full skirt with pleated waist.  Interesting collar detail: lapels sit inside a square neckline, making a V-line.  Notched lapels, small pointed.  Belt loops, but no belt.
