Faux lizardskin hand painted 1940s oval box handbag with plaited handle
Style - Structured 1940s faux lizard oval box shaped handbag with plaited handle, and interior pocket (may have contained a hand mirror at some point).
Opening by metal zipper. Lined in pale grey/purple rayon with interior pocket sealed with working press-stud.
Photos show one side to be a little dented: this is just a little crushing and is easily pushed out (apologies, we should have done this before the photo). A beautiful and unusual bag in excellent condition.
