Cut velvet art deco style jacket 1960s 12

Style - Long sleeved jacket with small double collar, velvet trimmed buttons, sleeves and front pockets.

Body is lined, sleeves are not. Back vent for movement. Bound buttonholes.

Era - 1960s

Fabric - Rayon plush cut velvet on thick cotton backing - feels like it might be an upholstery fabric. Cotton velvet trim to buttons and pockets and sleeves. Lined in orange acetate.

Colour - Cafe' au lait, a creamy light golden brown on black. Velvet trim is mustard or old gold colour.

Label - home made.
