Boucle skirt suit with bow by Rondel's of London 1950s Size 8

Style - Smart  high quality couture skirt suit - oversized jacket with shawl collar fastens with one button, hidden behind large bow. One bound button hole shows the quality. Fully lined in satin.

Straight skirt with side nylon zipper (not original) and one button to fasten. Skirt is also fully lined.

Era - Late 1950s

Fabric - wool boucle' with a knobbly texture, and satin acetate lining.

Colour - Chocolate with rich reddy brown lining.

Label - Rondel's of London-New York Sydney (shop?), Stella Griff Australia finest imported material (designer?) and Blin et Blin Made in France (fabric?)
