Returns Policy

At Circa, we want you to be pleased with the look and fit of your new vintage garment. For this reason, returns will be accepted for any reason for all garments excluding underwear and swimwear: please contact us within 48 hours of your item arriving and we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number.

There are no refunds available on alterations, or garments once we have altered them.

Please post the item back via Registered Mail, quoting the RAN, within two days of receiving your RAN. The postmark will be used to confirm date of shipping. Upon receipt, a refund will be processed for the amount paid minus a 15% restocking fee.

All returned items must be received in the same condition as they were sent out, unworn and with the original inventory tag attached. A damaged or worn item will not qualify for a return. Any included accessories (eg, belt) must also be returned. Please carefully package any returns so that they do not sustain damage in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Circa is not responsible for shipping costs for returning items except in cases where the return is due an error on our part.

Where a return is necessitated by an error on our part, a full refund will be paid including shipping in both directions – this is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at our discretion. Please remember that customer satisfaction is our primary goal.

We do not refund for garments that have been damaged due to poor use or incorrect cleaning. All garments are provided with recommended washing instructions and should be treated with care, especially those that are more than twenty years old.

Please do contact us, though, if you are unhappy for any reason as we appreciate the opportunity to rectify a situation.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled prior to shipment or pick up will incur a 15% restocking fee. The balance will be refunded.

Changes to orders

Orders can be changed within 12 hours of original order being received, as long as we haven't been super efficient and sent them off already, with no restocking fee applicable. Please let us know asap if you wish to make changes.

Lay-by

Lay-by is not currently available for online orders.

Customs charges

Some countries may apply customs charges to international deliveries. Please note that Circa is not responsible for any fees and charges that may apply.

Privacy

Circa Vintage Clothing respects your privacy and will not provide any of your information to a third party for promotional or any other purposes. We do use e-way, a third party payment processor, which provides a secure gateway.
